- Mac：放到 ~/.claude/skills/ 和 ~/.codex/skills/ 下
- Windows：放到 %USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills\ 和 %USERPROFILE%\.codex\skills\ 下
- 重启 Claude / Codex，说「用 social-video-launch 把这条视频做成发布包」
- Download and unzip to get the social-video-launch folder
